The Shea/Baker Ranch community is a master planned community located in the northwestern portion of the City of Lake Forest. The project is bounded by Borrego Canyon Wash and Bake Parkway.
Luxury home builder Toll Brothers is partnering with Shea Baker Ranch LLC to develop 2,379 luxury home sites in Lake Forest, Calif.
The area plan sets forth the details. The neighborhood will feature 40 acres of open spaces, recreation areas, a central park, seven neighborhood parks and three private recreation clubs.
Construction of the project is anticipated to commence in the fall of 2012, with model grand openings planned for early 2014.
